“We are excited to invite the public to our official launch. The Caymanian Community Party is doing things differently,” said Andre Ebanks, Party Leader. “This isn’t just another campaign event—this is about bringing people together, listening to the community, and creating real, lasting change. This event aims to build connections, inspire dialogue, and provide a memorable experience for all. ”
The choice of Pedro St. James Castle as the event location is significant, as it is widely recognised as the birthplace of democracy in the Cayman Islands. “Pedro St. James is where our ancestors first took steps towards self-governance, and it’s the perfect place for us to gather, reflect, and chart a new course for Cayman’s future,” added Ebanks.
Prospective members of the TCCP Youth Council are also invited to attend a meeting at Pedro St James from 5pm.
Leanni Tibbetts, Chair of the TCCP Youth Council, emphasised the importance of engaging young people in the political process. “The current state of our country affects us and the future of Cayman belongs to us – and it’s critical that young people have a seat at the table. This event isn’t just about politics; it’s about inspiring young Caymanians to be part of shaping our country’s future.”
Admission is free, and all are welcome to join the conversation and enjoy an evening of music, food, and family-friendly activities.
