TCCP Party Leader Andre Ebanks has been officially sworn in as Premier—and with him, a new approach to governance led by The Caymanian Community Party.

In his first address, Premier Ebanks reminded us that democracy is alive and well in these islands. He paid tribute to his family, the volunteers, all 59 candidates who offered themselves for public service, and the voters who made their voices heard. He honoured the late Judiann Myles from CIMA as an example of Caymanian excellence and called on every Caymanian to help restore the values our foreparents held dear—respect, humility, service, and working together.

He thanked his fellow members of the new National Coalition For Caymanians for choosing calm over chaos, and purpose over power. He emphasized that this administration will lead with professionalism—not through bullying or bravado, but by example.

He reminded us that our small acts – how we greet each other, how we treat each other in the supermarket, how we respond to bad drivers, how we show up to help each other and our community- these are the building blocks of a better Cayman.

And he made it clear: this is not the fight of Parliament alone—it’s a national effort. If we want our seniors to retire with dignity, our students to return home with pride, and for our children to inherit a Cayman where opportunity is real and within reach, we all have a role to play.

This is what TCCP stands for.

Let’s work together—for a stronger, fairer Cayman.
