The Caymanian Community Party was established with a firm view that a new approach to Government is required. One which puts the needs of our people, the economy and our environment on strong equal and sustainable footing.
The party is founded on an ideology of community first, and the inclusion of all Caymanians in our diverse community to build the Cayman Islands that this and future generations want and deserve.

Governance and Constitutional Rights
- Form the Government of the Cayman Islands.
- Promote adherence to the Constitution of the Cayman Islands, the laws of the Cayman Islands, the rule of law and to ensure the ascendancy of justice.
- Reflect, promote, govern in accordance with, and require adherence to principles of democratic governance, high ethical standards, accountability, and a commitment to the Nolan Principles of Standards in Public Life.
Leadership
- Provide caring leadership which reflects the political, social, economic, environmental and cultural aspirations of the people of the Cayman Islands.
- Pursue Caymanian dignity and pride whilst putting the interests of the Caymanian people first.
- Strengthen national unity and to promote a set of shared values which guide the development of our country.
- Establish and maintain a unifying national vision that maintains continuity of that vision across political cycles while allowing for necessary adaptations.
- Maintain and/or establish the positive reputation of the Cayman Islands globally through continued innovation, discipline and excellence.
Elections
- Present candidates for election on the TCCP platform who will give effect to the above objectives and who reflect the core principles and values that align with those of the Caymanian people as set out in the Constitution of the Cayman Islands.
- Promote and maintain an electoral system which shall be free, fair and democratic and which shall guarantee the right of all voters to choose their representatives without intimidation, hindrance or fraud.
Economy
- Facilitate, secure, strengthen and diversify the economic base for the Cayman Islands through a working partnership with the private sector and which facilitates equal opportunity and fairness for all.
Sustainability
- Facilitate the local conditions which support and advance the interests of the Caymanian people, build economic strength and resiliency and encourage responsible stewardship of our natural resources for this and future generations.
- Promote and practice fiscal sustainability while balancing the needs of our people and economy.
- Ensure that policy decisions and governance frameworks explicitly consider their long-term implications for future generations.
Technology
- Ensure that the country, the government and its people proactively utilise evolving technology to improve social, economic and environmental outcomes.
Quality of Life
- Protect and promote the physical, economic, social and spiritual health and wellbeing of the people of the Cayman Islands to facilitate their ability to live with pride and dignity.
Education
- Facilitate and maintain an education system that realises academic, technical and vocational excellence as means to equip each individual and community to take advantage of current and future opportunities.
Inclusion
- Foster and maintain an inclusive society that ensures equal opportunities, supports both vulnerable and differently abled populations and values diversity and equality.
Immigration
- Ensure immigration policies protect Caymanians as a first priority, give security to valued long term residents and facilitate imported labour strictly as needed while implementing stricter controls on the granting of Caymanian Status and limiting permanent residency options to preserve the demographic balance of the islands.
Safety and Security
- Advance a comprehensive approach to safety, security and justice at both the neighbourhood and national levels.
Disaster Preparedness
- Promote and facilitate emergency and disaster preparedness and resiliency at a neighbourhood and national level.
Environment
- Promote sustainable development practices that preserve natural resources while supporting economic growth and social wellbeing.
- Preserve heritage and wildlife and use reasonable measures to protect the land and sea biodiversity of the Cayman Islands.
Identity, Heritage, and Culture
- Advance the development of a clear Caymanian identity.
- Advance the preservation, education and promotion of Caymanian heritage and culture for this and future generations.
International Relations
- Strengthen regional and international relations and maintain the Cayman Islands’ global presence for the benefit of the people of the Cayman Islands.
