With over two decades of dedicated service in the Prospect community, Sabrina is a hands-on leader with a proven track record delivering results for the people she represents.

Community service and activism have always been at the heart of Sabrina Turner’s mission. Long before she was elected to public office, she was a driving force in the Prospect area, championing initiatives that uplifted residents and strengthened the community.  

As the former Minister of Health and Wellness, Sabrina brought her expertise as a qualified nurse to reform outdated Pharmacy legislation giving people better access to medication and creating new career opportunities in the industry. She helped steer the Cayman Islands through a safe reopening after the Covid pandemic, and played a pivotal role in advancing social welfare systems and making public health services more efficient. As Minister of Home Affairs, she strengthened emergency response mechanisms and secured vital funding for Cayman’s uniformed services. 

Prior to her election in 2021, Sabrina’s tenure as an Immigration Officer and as Cabinet appointee to the Caymanian Status and Permanent Residency Board provided her with deep insight into the needs of Caymanians and the importance of safeguarding opportunities for future generations. 

In the community, Sabrina has led numerous volunteer efforts to increase Prospect’s resilience and unity, acting as Chair of the Red Bay Prospect Community Group and as a key member of its Community Emergency Response Team. 

Her service as a Member of Parliament has only strengthened her conviction that stronger community engagement, enhanced public services, and more accessible housing solutions are critical to the well-being of those she represents. 

As a proud member of The Caymanian Community Party, Sabrina firmly believes that leadership should prioritize the needs of the people, drive economic empowerment, and cultivate a more resilient and inclusive society. In Prospect, she is focused on improving stormwater management, enhancing road safety, strengthening public safety measures and community building projects.  

Whether in office or out in the community, she has a proven track record of leadership, unwavering integrity and deep-rooted community ties. Sabrina remains steadfast in her mission to serve Prospect with transparency, dedication and action.
