Red Bay

Natasha Whitelocke is a dedicated professional, community advocate, and experienced leader committed to bringing effective representation and real solutions to the people of Red Bay. With a deep-rooted connection to the constituency, Natasha has been an active voice for community-driven change, youth development, and better infrastructure. 

Natasha’s career spans over two decades in regulatory affairs, compliance, and intellectual property management, giving her extensive expertise in governance, business operations, and legal frameworks. She currently serves as Director of Administration, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs at The Security Centre Limited, overseeing corporate governance, financial management, and government relations.  

Her experience includes working for prestigious firms such as Appleby, HSM Ltd and the Cayman Islands Government’s Intellectual Property Department, where she played a critical role in modernising registration processes and protecting global brands. She is a strong advocate for workforce development, spearheading internship programs to mentor young Caymanians and prepare them for successful careers. 

Natasha has long been deeply engaged in community service. She has led charity initiatives, environmental cleanups, and volunteer programs in both East End and Red Bay, working tirelessly to uplift families, protect the environment, and strengthen community ties. She has championed efforts to regulate real estate development, successfully petitioning against unchecked apartment construction that threatens the character of residential neighborhoods. 

Natasha’s decision to run for office is driven by a commitment to accountable leadership and a desire to ensure Red Bay residents receive the attention and services they deserve. She is focused on flood mitigation, traffic relief, safer roads, more recreational spaces, and stronger crime prevention efforts.  

Joining The Caymanian Community Party (TCCP) reflects her belief that leadership must be honest, transparent, and truly invested in the people. Her vision includes prioritising sustainable infrastructure, improving public safety, and ensuring that young Caymanians have fair access to housing, education and employment opportunities. 

With a proven track record of leadership, a deep understanding of governance, and a lifelong dedication to community service, Natasha is ready to bring real change to Red Bay.
